Rolling sectional industrial doors are classified as robust and versatile systems for industrial gates. These doors are called rolling sectional because they open and close by winding the blade curtain onto a shaft. Due to this mode of operation and technical design, they can be installed on the inside of an opening.

With rolling sectional industrial doors, you can fully utilize the space in front of and behind the garage opening, as they open vertically and then roll up. This mode of operation is ideal for addressing issues that can be caused by high elevators, machinery, and other tools inside the building.

 

Insulated rolling sectional doors have satisfactory sealing capabilities. The high security of double-skinned insulated rolling sectional doors makes them suitable for spaces that are not only used for tools but also assist in maintaining a constant internal temperature.

High-quality elastic seals seal the entire length of the guides and the bottom of the slat, preventing dust, leaves, or rain from entering the interior space. Additional overhead sealing is also available upon request.

Why insulation?
There are three simple reasons for choosing insulated rolling sectional industrial doors:

  •     Increased slat strength for improved security,
  •     Good thermal insulation properties,
  •     A broken thermal bridge that prevents condensation on the inside of garage doors.
  •     None of the insulated industrial doors supplied by KIP KOP d.o.o. contain CFC material; they are filled with polyurethane foam, and the structural steel slat has double cladding.
  •     The construction of the slats offers exceptional strength and reduces damage caused by collisions and impacts

 

Rolling sectional industrial doors are mostly made from steel double-walled slats with a thickness of approximately 25 mm, finished with powder coating. The guides are also made of steel with a powder coating finish. There is the possibility to supply the slat curtain in a different color shade than the guides

Rolling sectional industrial doors are exclusively available with built-in motorized drive systems. The base price includes door control with switches on the control panel.

For an additional fee, we offer the option to equip the doors with a remote control, requiring the addition of safety components, electronics with a receiver, and a remote control. In any case, the operation is smooth and quiet due to the excellent construction and design elements. When open, rolling sectional industrial doors provide you with the full usable width and height.

Thanks to the steel guides and the special design of the slats, the doors have a high level of wind protection, which is always a minimum of level 2, providing protection against wind speeds of up to 100 km/h.

Upon the customer's request, the doors can be equipped for even windier areas by using special anti-wind locks, which can provide wind protection up to level 4, even for doors up to the size of 12x9m, which amounts to protection against wind speeds of up to 150 km/h

Rolling sectional industrial doors have a requirement that the facility must be equipped with at least one entrance into the interior space, which allows for emergency door opening in the event of a malfunction or power outage.

When the doors are closed, access to the space is impossible. For access or in the event of a forced entry, the doors would need to be forcibly damaged.

You can integrate light slats into the doors, which can be supplied in the same color as the doors or in various other colors

Rolling sectional industrial doors from our production have a long lifespan due to high-quality materials. With the consideration of the prescribed annual service, they also come with a long warranty period, which is as follows:

  •     2 years on panels (against rusting of panels, which means a hole through the panel),
  •     2 years on electronics and other moving components!
